WHO I WORK WITH
HOW OUR SESSIONS WORK
These sessions are designed to help your body settle, reconnect, and recover at its own pace. That way you can move through daily life with more ease, steadiness, and resilience.
Rather than pushing the body to change, Kerri works with your nervous system carefully and collaboratively, supporting regulation, safety, and whole-body balance.

Gentle, Whole-Body Therapeutic Care
Sessions are intentionally slow, responsive, and collaborative, supporting your body’s natural ability to settle and reorganize over time.

About Kerri
Kerri Williamson is a licensed massage therapist with more than 16 years of clinical experience supporting nervous system regulation, stress recovery, and whole-body healing.
Since 2009, she has worked with clients across Durham, Chapel Hill, and the Triangle seeking gentler, more thoughtful therapeutic care.
Her work combines somatic therapy, therapeutic massage, lymphatic approaches, and attachment-informed care to support regulation, resilience, and reconnection with the body.
Clients often describe sessions as calming, grounding, and deeply restorative.
When she is not working with clients, Kerri enjoys homeschooling her 14-year-old, art, reading cookbooks like they are novels, knitting, and spending time in nature around Durham.
